To start the registration guide; follow comprehensive guide below:

  • Visit yabatech.edu.ng official College website.
  • Scroll down to under Prospective students category.
  • Click on Online Application 2018/2019. (This will be available when the College opens her Registration portal).
  • Move your console down and click on ”Start a Fresh Application”
  • Click on ”Program Type” and choose Program of your choice accurately, choose either between (ND PT, HND FT/PT, PGD, PCE)
  • Select Course and Campus you want to be receiving lectures.

Note Program Mode will determine you are applying for Full Time or Part time of any choice of Program you have chosen.

Input the following details correctly because any mistake in it attract Five Thousands Naira N5,000 only as Penalty. Thus;

  1. Your Surname.
  2. Your Firstname
  3. Your Othername in case of any.
  4. Phone and;
  5. A valid Email address.

Advice: You are advise to use Names as appear on your O level Result otherwise, you will end up paying more Penalty Fee

As for the payment, this is the area where most of you make more ”mistakes and lost” reason been that; last year Yabatech Aspirants made over more than two to three times payment due to the portal is asking them to make payment again and again!

How To Validate Yabatech Part Time And Full Time HND Registration Payment?

Always remember to validate payment made to be sure if it was successful or failed. However, for the ”Successful Payment”; Thus:

After YABATECH Part time Form Registration Payment successful follow:

  • Click on Payment confirmation/validation link to validate your payment.
  • Follow step 1 above and login to continue
  • Login with your YCT Application Number and Phone number as password.
  • Fill all required information like DOB, Home address, Next of Kin name, phone number and address etc and ”click save” to save the biodata details
  • Click on NEXT to Fill in Previous Schools details and save
  • Click on NEXT to Fill in your O level Results for ND but O level result and ND result for HND
  • Click on NEXT to Upload your passport by clicking on the browse button below. NB: Size must not be more than 20KB. But allowed extensions are in jpg/png and Dimension should be 120px * 120px.
  • Finally, ”Click Submit application” to Print Out your Application Form and wait for admission.
